That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the garage shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the main dwelling, Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the development hereby approved shall be implemented only as part of a joint extension with No 90 Freeman Road, as shown on the deposited drawings and as approved by P03/W0286 and shall not be used prior to the completion of the garage at 90 Freeman Road. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
