That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of the works, a sample panel of the proposed brick and flint shall be constructed on the site and the materials and method of construction of the wall shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
