Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the size of the dormer relative to the existing roof, the proposal represents an inappropriate form of development which would detract from the scale, character and appearance of the existing property and the visual amenity of the locality, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Section 4.6 of the approved South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That, having regard to the location of the dormer window relative to adjoining property, the proposal would result in an unneighbourly form of development which would overlook 69 Wallingford Road, detrimental to the residential amenity of the occupants, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
