That having regard to the size of the plot in relation to others in the locality the proposal for a new dwelling on the site represents a cramped form of development that would detract from the open and spacious character of the area and the street scene in general.  As such the proposal would be contrary to policies G1 and H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 First Deposit Draft.
