Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent to demolish any part of the wall, the applicant shall take such steps and carry out such works as shall, during the progress of the works permitted by this consent, secure the safety and stability of that part of the wall which is to be retained. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of a wall which contributes to the character and appearance of the Conservation area and in accordance with Policy Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the wooden gates and their supports has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy Con 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
