Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That within 3 months of the first use of the building hereby permitted the walls shall be clad in dark stained timber as specified in the application.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That within 3 months of the first use of the building hereby permitted, the existing buildings on the site shall be demolished and the materials removed from the land.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building, the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further
3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G1
of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
