That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policy H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That, prior to the commencement of the development, constructional details of the proposed turrets shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in

Local Plan.
That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. The scheme shall include details of the method of construction of the foundations for the proposed garages to minimise root disturbance.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with
Policy C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
