That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with 
               policies G1, H12 and Con 6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
