That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all materials resulting from the demolition of the building shall be removed from the land and the land left in a tidy and orderly state within one month of works commencing. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and in the interests of public health in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
