As such the proposal would be contrary to the provisions of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1, CON10, CON15 and H12, and also of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (First Deposit Draft), particularly policies G2, CON10, CON11 and H13.
