That the parking and turning facilities and the paintball game areas shall be restricted to the areas shown on drawing numbers 60/1 and 60/2 accompanying the application. Thereafter the use and the parking and turning of vehicles shall not take part outside of that part of the site approved for such purposes Reason: To safeguard the character of the site in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The site shall not be used for war games outside the hours of 08:30am -16:00pm and shall not be used for more than 3 days in any one week. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and the amenity of local residents in accordance with Policies G1, C10 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no more than 70 players shall participate in any one session of war games or paintball games on any one day on which these games are held. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
