Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and 
               Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the details of the fixings to connect the satellite dish to the listed building shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work.

Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the listed building in 
               accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local 
               Plan.
