That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
               and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all the materials resulting from the demolition of the ambulance station shall be removed prior to the installation of the temporary building.

Reason: In order to ensure that all the materials are removed from the site 
               in order to preserve the character and appearance of the 
               Henley-on-Thames Conservation Area in accordance with 
               policies G2 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
               Local Plan.
