That the proposed walls be lime rendered to match the colour of the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
