Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 13th August 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Having regard to its inappropriate design and external appearance the shed / summerhouse detracts from the rural character and visual amenity of the locality which lies within the Chilterns AONB. The development is thus contrary to the provisions of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies C2, and G8, and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft), particularly policies C2, H13 and G2.
Appeal
No appeal lodged.
