Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external walls and roofs. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, rainwater goods, flues and means of ventilation has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, CLasses A-H of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development )Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Class A-H of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To protect local amenities and to accord with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the timber doors to be provided in the south elevation of the barn shall be fixed shut and retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure the developemnt is not unneighbourly and to accord with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south elevation of the converted barn other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any other development the buildings shown to be demolished on the 1:500 site plan accompanying the applicaiton shall be demolished. Reason: To accord with the Policy of hte Local Planning Authority and to accord with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
