Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of 12 months beginning with the date of this permission, and if this condition is not complied with, this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990 and in view of the unsatisfactory nature of the development
as built.
The development shall be implemented fully in accordance with the details submitted on 27 March 2004 (as shown on deposited drawings 02/091/06 A and 02/091/08 A), including the panels in the Albert Road elevation.
Reason: In the interests of local amenity and to protect the character of the
Henley Conservation Area in accordance with Policies H12 and
CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and
Policies H13 and CON10 of the Second Deposit Draft South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (September 2003).
That within 2 months of the date of this permission, joinery details of the proposed timber replacement sash windows shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To enhance the character of the Henley Conservation Area in
accordance with Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Policies H13 and CON10 of the
Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
(September 2003).
That the development hereby approved shall be constructed externally in Selbourne Pressed Red Wire Cut bricks (imperial size) with a 'Limetec' mortar as confirmed on drawing No. 02.091/08A hereby approved, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To preserve and enhance the character of the Henley Conservation
Area in accordance with Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Policies H13 and CON10
of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
(September 2003).
