That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used on the cheeks and roof of the dormer windows shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies C2 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the dormer window in the rear (north) roofslope of Little Orchard hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass and fixed shut to prevent opening prior to the first use of the associated accommodation. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
