Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the windows, rooflights, external doors and rainwater goods shall be as specified on the plans submitted with the application.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in acordance with policies CON6, C2 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of development, a sample panel of brick and flint work shall be constructed and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies CON6, C2 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
