Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the existing hanging sign bracket on the front elevation of the building shall be retained. Reason: To protect the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of the works a detailed schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To protect the fabric of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
