Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 15th April 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That relocating the ATM to the glazed frontage of the building would unbalance the existing symmetrical appearance of the shopfront and result in an intrusive form of development which would detract from the character and appearance of the existing listed building and would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the Henley-on-Thames Main Conservation Area. Therefore the development would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies CON6 and CON10 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (First Deposit Draft), particularly policies CON5 and CON10.
