That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls or roof of the building without the consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the windows in the north (front) and south (rear) elevation of the building hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the accommodation. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
