That samples of the brick to be used for facing the wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any further work on the wall commences. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in facing the wall shall be laid in a stretcher bond. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order), no fence, gate or wall or other means of enclosure shall be erected within the raised front garden of the dwellinghouse without prior approval from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy H11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
