That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That notwithstanding some of the details accompanying this application the existing shop front and fascia sign shall be retained in its current form and shall not be altered or removed. Reason: In order to the protect the character of the listed building in accordance with policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
