That the proposed accommodation would be poorly related to the main house and would be tantamount to the erection of a new dwelling in a small settlement where the Council's planning policies do not allow for new housing.  It would result in the undesirable consolidation of development at Playhatch and would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies G1 and H6 and the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (First Deposit Draft), particularly policies G1, G2 and H6.
