Notwithstanding any details submitted, prior to the commencement of works on the existing rear extension, details of the amount of brickwork to be removed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.

Notwithstanding any details submitted, prior to the commencement of works to erect the conservatory and the glazed porch, details of all new joinery shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall include depth of reveal, materials, open methods and full drawings including both horizontal and vertical sections to a scale of not less than 1:10. At no time shall the approved joinery be altered without the prior approval of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft).
