Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the walls of the development hereby approved shall be clad in feather edged weather boarding which shall be dark stained and so retained.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
