That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, Parts 1 & 2 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Parts 1 & 2 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land hatched blue on the attached plan nor shall any structures, vehicles or chattels be erected or placed on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the countryside in accordance with Policy H17 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and Policy H18 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (June 2002).
