Planning Permission on 3rd March 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the use of the extension hereby permitted shall remain as ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling as one residential unit and shall not be occupied separately. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy, contrary to policy H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing garage building on the site shall be demolished prior to the commencement of development of the gargae and car port hereby approved. Reason: To preserve the amenties of the locality in accordance with Policy G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing trees and hedges on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
