Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That a smooth transition between the surface of the footpath and the track shall be provided and so retained, and the footpath shall not be blocked or obstructed in any way.

Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy R7 of the adopted
               South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
