Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That details of the doors and windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any work. Reason: In order to safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the dwarf external walls shall be constructed in brick a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
