That at the expiration of 2 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of
the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and
that any future application can be decided on this assessment
in accordance with Policy G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the upper walls of the building above the concrete blocks shall be clad in accordance with details to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance
with Policy G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the open areas outside the building shall be used for the parking of vehicles, access, manoeuvring, loading and unloading purposes only. No storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the building.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with
Policy C3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no additional openings shall be inserted into any part of the building.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance
with Policy G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That work shall only be carried out in the building when the large doors are closed.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance
with Policy G7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That within 3 months of the date of this permission, ventilation details shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved works shall be carried out within 6 months of the date of this permission.

That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 0800 and 1830 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and 0800 and 1400 on Saturdays.
