The fence shall be removed within 2 years of the date of this permission unless the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority has been given. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to allow the fence to remain while the hedge establishes itself in accordance with policy G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy C1 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the existing hedge be improved by further planting consisting of a mix of holly, beech, rambling rose and hawthorn plants spaced at 0.30metres and planted in 2 rows shall be planted between the fence and the pavement along the full length of the fence within 4 months of the date of this decision and shall be allowed to grow to, and thereafter be retained and maintained at a minimum height of, 1 metre and that any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained unless the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority has been given to any variation. Reason: To assimilate the development into it surroundings in accordance with policy G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy C1 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no part of the fence hereby permitted shall be sited within 1m of the edge of the footpath. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to allow the hedge to establish itself in accordance with policy G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy C1 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
