That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policies G8 and R4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire 
               Local Plan.

That the boarding to be used in the construction of the storage sheds shall be dark stained and so retained.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policies G8 and R4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire 
               Local Plan.

That no development shall begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  The scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance 
               with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
