Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the walls of the extension shall be rendered white and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage hereby approved shall only be used for garaging and domestic storage. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That surface water shall not be disposed of other than in accordance with a detailed surface water drainage scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That following the demolition of the existing garage, fencing shall be erected along the boundary with number 12 Butts Road in accordance with details that shall have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
