Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G8, CON8 and H12 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies D1, CON10 and
H13 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
(June 2002).
That the rooflights shall be retained as inserted (conservation type) unless the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority has been given to any replacement/alternative.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in
accordance with Policies G8, CON8 and H12 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies D1, CON10 and
H13 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011

That the windows, external doors and rainwater goods to be used in the conversion shall accord with detailed specifications of their type, design and external finish which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the date of this decision.

That within 3 months of this decision ventilation details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Wheatley House as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.

accordance with policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan 1997 and policy H13 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire
Local Plan 2011 (June 2002).
