Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding the details provided with the application, a landscaping scheme shall be submitted showing the planting of trees along the north east and south east boundaries of the site. The landscaping scheme shall be implemented within the first planting season following the first use of the tennis court, and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies GB2 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing hedging along the north west boundary (road frontage) of the site shall be retained at a height of not less than 2.5 metres. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies GB2 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the tennis court hereby permitted shall be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and shall not be used for any commercial purpose. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no lighting shall be provided at the site without the grnat of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G1of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
