Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no development within Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to the Order shall be carried out on the land nor shall any structures or chattels be erected or placed on the land unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the Conservation Area
in accordance with policies, H17, GB3 and CON 15 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies H18, GB3 and
CON11 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
(June 2002).
That the land hereby permitted to be used for residential purposes shall only be used in connection with the residential use of 28 Mill Street also known as Stream Cottage and not any other residential property.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the character of the Conservation Area
in accordance with policies, H17, GB3 and CON 15 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies H18, GB3 and
CON11 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
(June 2002).
