That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the floorboards to be replaced shall be replaced with new oak boards. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the doors to be replaced shall be replaced with doors as shown on drawing 230063/010A accompanying agent's letter dated 25 April 2003. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The details of lighting and fixings shall be constructed in accordance with details accompanying agent's letter dated 7 May 2003. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
