That the new fence shall not exceed 1 m in height. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the weatherboarding shall be stained in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
