Having regard to the size and bulk of the proposed extension, its proximity to the adjacent property, number 128 Southend and to the proposed first floor balcony, the proposal is considered to be an unneighbourly form of development that would detract from the standard of residential amenities enjoyed by the occupiers of both numbers 124 and 128 Southend by reason of loss of outlook and privacy.
