Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance
with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
There shall be no raising of existing ground levels on the site.

flows and reduction of flood storage capacity in accordance with
Policy G16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
