That at the expiration of two years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment.

That the use of the premises hereby permitted shall be limited solely to that of a dwellinghouse and for the operation of a private hire vehicle (chauffeur) business as specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: In order to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy E7 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan (June 2002).

That with the exception of valeting of licensed private hire vehicles inside the existing garage no works of maintenance or repair shall be carried out to licensed private hire vehicles at the property. Reason: In order to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy E7 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan (June 2002).

Any valeting of private hire vehicles shall only take place between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. Reason: In order to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy E7 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan (June 2002).

Private hire vehicles shall either be parked on the hardstanding at the property or in the existing garage at the property and no more than 3 licensed private hire vehicles shall be kept at the property without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policy E9 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy E7 of the First Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan (June 2002).
