That at the expiration of two years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the
neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future
application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policy G1 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That at the expiration of a period of one year from the date of this permission, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submited to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the
neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any further
application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policy G1 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person wholly employed, or last employed, locally in agriculture, as defined by Section 290 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, or in forestry, or a dependant of such a person residing with him but including a widow or widower of such a person.
Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural grounds in accordance
with Policy H14 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
