The premises shall not be open to the public, and the public shall not call to the premises other than between the hours of 0.700 and 22.00 Monday to Saturday inclusive, and between the hours of 0.700 and 21.00 on Sundays, without the further grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no more than fifty percent of the existing floorspace, as specified in planning permission P99/N0337, shall be used for the preparation and sale of hot food (A3 use), without the further grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
