Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies H12 and CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

No works shall take place on site until the applicant or successors in title, has secured the implementation of a scheme of detailed recording of the building concerned. This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of archaeological/historic importance in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
