That prior to first occupation of the shop, the air conditioning unit hereby approved shall be screened by a stained timber structure in accordance with details to be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies G8, CON6 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
