That within three months of the date of this permission the fencing and trellis along the boundary of the garden shall be stained a dark brown colour and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: In order to protect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the proposed section of fencing along the boundary between the Old Post Office and The Old Forge shall be constructed of the same materials, and shall match in appearance and height the existing fencing and shall be stained a dark brown colour accordingly. Reason: In order to protect the character and appearance of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
