That prior to the finishing of the roof, full details of the proposed external roofing materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the roofing used shall only be as approved. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes incidental to the residential use of the dwelling known as The Bungalow, Kennylands Road, Sonning Common. Reason: As separate use of the building would be contrary to housing Policy H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
