That the bricks to be used for the brick plinth of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 1997 and policies G2, G6 and H13 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
